There are 3 ways to export people within a new, or an existing database. That helps you to easily structure your data:
Export as a csv-file: You will get all the current people in the database delivered as an csv-file.You will immediately receive an email to the email address you are logged into CamBuildr with. In this email, you will find a download link.
HINT: If you need custom-fields within that csv-file, make sure that they are configured to be exported in the custom field settings. See belowAdd a tag to all the people: You can add a tag to all the current members (snapshot) of the target audience.
Export people into a campaign: You can add all the current members (snapshot) into a specific campaign. That enables you to build target audiences within this specific campaign.
Export data without a target audience
To only export data or tag people, you do not need to save a target audience. When creating a new target audience, you can already download, tag or add the people to a campaign, by clicking on the buttons below.
Export an existing target audience
To export an existing audience, click on the "Export Snapshot" button in the top right and select the method you want the people to be exported.
Custom Fields:
By default, only the core fields will be exported. Do you also want to include custom fields in the export? In the settings, you can also include custom fields for exports.
