Landing pages in CamBuildr are a core feature for capturing supporter interest, collecting sign-ups, and turning traffic into tangible engagement. They are highly customizable and follow a familiar logic—similar to campaign emails—while providing powerful tools to manage design, behavior, and automation.
Getting Started with a New Landing Page
To begin, navigate to the “Landing Pages” section in your main menu. You can either choose a predefined template or start from scratch with an empty layout. Templates offer a head start with pre-filled content blocks and designs, but you can fully customize any page afterward.
Once a new landing page is created, you will be taken directly into the Landing Page Editor, which allows you to structure and design your content freely using CamBuildr’s block-based interface. For more details on how to work with the editor, please refer to the article Using the Landing Page Editor in CamBuildr.
Configuring Your Landing Page
Beyond the visual content, each landing page can be configured in several tabs, available after creation:
Variants
Each landing page can have multiple variants—for example, for A/B testing or different adaptations for different phases of your campaign. You can duplicate an existing variant with a single click and track conversion metrics separately. If multiple variants are live at the same time, traffic will be distributed equally.
Settings
In the Settings tab, you define page-level metadata:
Page title and sharing texts for social media.
Redirect URL when disabled, used when a page is taken offline.
Search engine visibility, allowing you to hide pages from indexing if desired.
Thank-you message displayed after sign-up.
Social media sharing options that let users share the page post-submission.
Sign-Ups
This tab lists all people who have signed up via the landing page, along with their name, email, and timestamp. You can download this data or search within the list directly.
Automated Emails
Just like in the Campaign Email App, you can set up automated follow-up emails. These are triggered by sign-up and can include thank-you messages, follow-ups, or onboarding sequences. Each email shows its performance and can be edited, duplicated, or deleted.
Publishing and Scheduling
Before spreading the link, make sure to publish your landing page using the Publish button at the top right. You can also schedule your landing page to go live and offline at specific times using the Schedule Publishing feature. This is especially useful for time-sensitive campaigns or announcements.
Additional Options
You can make a landing page the root page of your CamBuildr site (i.e. shown at the base URL).
