Cambuildr offers flexible team member management by allowing you to choose from various roles, each equipped with distinct sets of permissions.
The available roles are as follows:
Superadmin:
The Superadmin holds the highest level of authority, enabling complete utilization of all CamBuildr functions. This includes altering organizational settings, importing data, and appointing other administrators.
At least one Superadmin is required for your CamBuildr setup.
Campaigner:
The Campaigner possesses permissions essential for day-to-day operations, covering tasks such as handling emails, crafting landing pages, utilizing apps, and accessing the database and managing tags. However, they are restricted from manipulating settings or uploading new data. This role suits regular team members.
Campaigner with sensitive file access:
The Campaigner with sensitive file access can do everything a regualar campaigner can do. in addition to that he can access files users haver uploaded via forms.
Organizer:
Designed to extend Cambuildr's capabilities to local activists or subsidiaries, the Organizer role enables email communication with a specific target audience. Additionally, Organizers can view data only for individuals within this audience.
Content Creator:
Content Creators posses permissions in content creation and editing, devoid of access to personal data. This role is tailored for external contractors such as designers and copywriters, maintaining privacy as no personal data is shared with them.
Moderator:
Moderators are entrusted solely with the approval of user-generated content. This role is useful for (temporary) assistance post-launch of a campaign involving CamBuildr's Engagement Apps.
Read-Only Access:
True to its name, users with Read-Only Access can observe all activities within CamBuildr without the ability to make edits. This role is apt for individuals who wish to stay informed about ongoing operations but are not directly involved, making it suitable for management or strategic personnel.
Read only Organizer:
The Read-Only Organizer can only see target audiences they have been granted access to.
