Selecting a specific action:
In the example, we chose the action "published" in the context of "commitment." With these settings, you can find all contacts who have ever published a commitment.
Selecting a generic action:
The selection can also be more general. If you leave the context field empty, you will find all contacts who have published anything: a commitment, content, an event, etc. - it doesn't matter.
Alternatively, you can reverse the logic by using "has not" instead of "has," which will find all contacts who haven't performed the specific action.
Selecting independently of the action:
In some situations, you may not want to limit the selection based on the action itself. For example, it can be interesting to select all individuals who have done something within the last week. In that case, you can choose any action and define the timeframe in the advanced settings.
