CamBuildr Connect is built for organizations with multiple teams, candidates, or regional chapters. It allows you to share templates, track engagement metrics, and synchronize supporter data between CamBuildr instances – all while maintaining local autonomy and global consistency.
1. What CamBuildr Connect Enables
Template Sharing at Scale
Share prebuilt templates for landing pages, emails, and social media posts with other CamBuildr instances. These can be used as-is or customized by your chapters, ensuring brand consistency and professional design everywhere.
Centralized KPIs, Local Action
Receive performance insights from your chapters, including:
People reached
Interactions
Supporter growth
Activity (actions taken)
Decentralized Execution, Coordinated Strategy
Let regional groups and candidates execute campaigns independently while using shared tools and assets.
Data Synchronization Between Chapters
In combination with CamBuildr Connect Sync, you can synchronize supporter data from chapter instances into the host’s database. This ensures a central overview of your campaign reach and supporter base.

2. How to Set It Up
You will need at least two CamBuildr instances to use Connect: a “Host” and one or more “Chapters.”
Step-by-Step:
Get the API Key from the Host
In the CamBuildr you want to share templates from and receive KPIs into, go to:
Settings → Connections and copy the API Key.
Connect as a Chapter
In the CamBuildr instance that should receive templates and send back KPIs, go to:
Settings → Connect, paste the Host’s API Key, and confirm.
Start Sharing Templates
In any of your template libraries (emails, landing pages, social posts), you’ll now see a “Share” option next to your assets. Shared templates are then visible and usable by the connected chapters.
Flexible Connection Logic
One Host → Many Chapters: A single CamBuildr instance can connect to unlimited other instances.
Dual Role: Any instance can be both a Host and a Chapter at the same time.
Bidirectional Sharing: You can even connect two instances both ways to allow mutual sharing and tracking.
